Hello from the critique club
An interesting image that meets the challenge
Most appropriate to choose one of the most famous landmarks in the world! This unusual composition is a refreshing change from the normal compositions we often see, it feels much more dynamic with the people and the bird. Its a shame there wasn̢۪t some level of water in the base of the structure to perfectly reflect the tower though I do like the subtle suggestion of reflection we have here. The tower with its head in the clouds helps to accentuate its height making it even more grandiose. Congratulations Janine on the high score and placing. |

| Would have scored this higher if it weren't for the strange blur on the sky, especially around the top of the tower and the gull - looks like excessive noise-reduction or some other effect gone wrong. |

| Really excellent capture of a famous landmark... so refreshing to see an angle never seen before... you have caught the atmosphere and I love the way the top of tower is lost in the clouds but that the golden figures are so in focus.. this is the top winner .. beautiful..!!! |
