Wonderful detail and composition. The beauty and art of this was largely lost on first viewing... but having returned to comment, I sit here and am noticing a lot that I overlooked before. It still has the gross factor, but art does that sometimes... makes us uncomfortable.

art is confrontation. it takes you up so close that you don't realize you are facing something disgusting. you might even think it's beautiful. and thinking makes it so.

Ewww, but so cooool! That is one hairy chin too! Nice macro shot of a camel I'm guessing. This one is compelling and very interesting!
