 Two fall leaves in a small puddle.

I used a history brush to paint in the background water (equalized and gausian blurred - applied levels to darken) onto the original that I adjusted levels and hues to make the leaves pop with color. Cropped and added a thin black border. Saved for the web.

well... the background looks EXTREMELY neat imaged, or softened... a bit too much for my liking. great color on the leaves though.. nice detail too

Beautiful composition and great balance of forms. This is one of my highest rated photographs for the challenge. The wet / dry parts of the leaves really add interesting nuances. I also like the way you have cropped the photo and chosen to divide the water by letting the leaves go beyond the border.

This shot is one of the three 10's I gave out for this challenge. It is a very simple shot in nature, but the composition, colors, and details make it a joy to view. Good luck in the challenge!

Wonderful colours and a great composition. Water looks a bit unrealistic but it compliments the the colour and fine detail on the leaves. It's absolutely gorgeous. Excellent work. All the best.
