 Taken in Edinburgh's Botanical Gardens. My ISO was right up to 1600, had to use Neat Image to calm it down a bit...

Good job catching this little critter.... I was trying to do the same but they seemed to be moving faster than lightening. Nice fall colors as well. dof is good. 10. good luck.

Very cute picture of a squirrel in it's natural environment. It might have been nice to crop it so the squirrel ended up more to the left in the frame.

Really nicely exposed and good focus. What keeps me from voting it higher is that (IMO) the composition is a little weak. Dead center in the frame doesn't give me anywhere else to look around in the photo or to add to the "story" of what the squirrel is doing. 5

difficult challenge. You found a good subject and the best of it. I gave this a 9. Great detail and certainly natural environment.

you have all the makings of a great image. good colors, sharp focus, effective dof. the only major drawback is shooting it dead on. this would have been over the top if you had shifted the camera slightly to the left.

Excellent sharpness and the colors of the fall foliage really compliments the squirrel's fur well. Only suggestion would be to put the squirrel on the 'third' and not have it so central in the image.
