Good shot. I'm just wondering if I would like it better with or without the wedding ring. My first reaction was to remove the ring to give a greater effect of loneliness--that they are desparately searching for someone, anyone. But after I looked at it a little longer, I think I like it in the shot. Now it signifies the loneliness that marriage can have. You can be living with someone and yet still be alone. Photographs like these are great because you can find a different message in it each time you see it. |

This is a powerful photograph! Sepia certainly enhances the simplicity of it. The only picky thing I can say about it is, I find the ring a tad distracting. Well done! It should place high in this contest. |
