Not an "original" idea - what is anymore. I saw a similar picture somewhere a while back. When I started thinking about the challenge topic, this idea kept popping into my mind. I hope it works.
The person whose two legs are pictured here shall remain forever anonymous :)
The original picture is not too good. It's soft, and the nylons were cheap, so there's "impurities". But that's all I got to work with.
Steps (in PSP9): cropped and rotated, stretched histogram, applied clarify filter (high setting), converted to b/w (channel mixer), resized, sharpened, applied salt-and-pepper filter, sharpened again, added border.
At least there are no pink clouds.
