 When I submitted this entry:



I mentioned that I liked the color version better. As I looked at what I took, I thought it was kind of dull. So I jazzed up the color to submit today :)

The day started beautiful and the evening was CRAZY. We had the most spectacular lighting storm that I have ever seen. It kind of reminded me of the scenes that are in some sci-fi movie (I think the remake of the War of the Worlds) where there's lightning everywhere as the space ships enter our atmosphere. I was in a building for part of the storm and when I left, all I had with me was this point and shoot. It did a lousy job and the photos I have are not even worth submitting to a side challenge. So this is what you get. :)
