| The more I look at this shot the more I like it. I like the choice of black and white. I love the element of one tortise peeking into the shell of the other. For this particular challenge, it's a strong shot- but doesn't say travel guide. That in no way, shape or form makes it any less interesting. Solid DOD and good composition make this a very good image. I see this as something that can end up on a greeting card. :) 7 for this challenge, 9 just on merit. :) |

| Magnificent animals and a touching pose. The cement in the back really hurts the composition. |

| Good shot in what looks like a difficult lighting situation. Would have been tops if the light had been from the front right, but hey, I̢۪m sure you could not climb in the enclosure! |
