I really liked this photograph. It was under rated. Seniors make such incredible subjects. They have such character derived from their years. Nice job.

Maybe a DPC ribbon would cheer her up... |

You got a lot of character here, tell her congratulations and Happy New Year. I think your crop is just in between, not quite tight enough and anot quite open enough. But otherwise a-okay. |

Poor thing, I feel for her! Good lighting and I like the nice tight crop. |

Oh the flash drowned out the features of her wrinkles!...What a shame!....Wonderful subject though. Good luck! |

WOW... 97! Not bad. It bothers me that I can't really discern very sharp details. I'm not sure what causes this, maybe focus? but there is no real depth to any of her wrinkles or anything. This would be a cute candid, however for a portrait I might have liked to see more of the eyes, I would have suggested shooting from a different angle. The background on here is also distracting, especially in the upper right hand corner. I would suggested working with this subject again, as she'd be great in photos if you got her just right! Good luck. |

O' bless her heart. I know she wanted a scooter....I know my 85 year old mom does!! Super shot the focus is just a little soft. |

Nice shot, the perspective really helps create the mood. |

Looks like a flash was used, and I think the shot would have looked better with a different light source. The angle and the way the glasses are positioned I can't tell if she is looking down or sleeping. There doesn't seem to be enough contrast on the face itself, which I think goes back to the light source again. Framing seems to work pretty well. 4 |
