Oh my gosh, you are my new hero! you were for being from Utah, and now posting a brilliant beautiful awsome picture of the lakes in my hometown! Im so touched! When i first saw this i was like, " that place looks familiar.." and now...WOOOOOO! Sorry, im just so happy. Payson is the best place ever! I've hiked and walked around that lake many a time....

Love this shot! YOu did a great job of capturing the feel of early morning with just a touch of warmth in the tones. Love the little boat. NOt sure about the title, but that is beside the point. NIce shot.

Just an absolutely amazing capture. It baffles the mind how some people score these challenges. Beautiful shot. Beautiful colors. I feel the early morning dew drenched air in this shot.

This is a beautiful photo, but I think the framing detracts from the composition rather than enhancing it. The tiny boat leads me to think of the vastness of nature. I think the photo would be better if the lines ran off the page to further illustrate that feeling. Still beautiful and ranking very high.

Although your framing is minimal and not given the importance that I thought the challenge was looking for..this is such a superb image that I`m willing to consider that I may be wrong in that.
Fabulous tones with an almost autumnal feel. The mist rising off the water is a lovely backdrop for the boat.

would have liked it better w/o the foreground out of focus. Maybe w/o the foreground at all, but there's just too much distraction in an otherwise excellent picture. 6

It's a good photo I think but it would have been better without the frame so I'm not sure how well it fits the challenge.

That is just an amazingly beautiful scene. I like the way the leaves forming the frame are out of focus. They draw you right onto the lak with the fisherman.... 10
