This is a fantastic shot, and is my hope for a blue. The way you show the interaction via the reflection in the eye is especially clever - it demonstrates a certain obediance and devotion in the dog - the way it's eyes seem so utterly fixed on the person. I'll admit that I'm biased being a huge fan of dogs, but even so this shot stands out above the other dog photo's I've looked at from this challenge.

I love the grain in the ground & landscape. Perhaps a touch too much grain for my liking in the clouds and sky, but that's purely personal preference. This is an excellent photo.

Tasteful vignetting and lovely contrast of the colours at each change in direction of the lines. Great shot composition.

This is a fantastic shot. About the only thing I could ask for, is more detail in the water on the right hand side. I can can see there's a hint of some tree trunks being reflected there, but it still feels a tad empty in that area of the photo. However this is a VERY minor pick with a truely great shot. The mixtures of lines: combining the fishing line with the waterline and also the tree trunks in the background, shows an excellent eye for composition. 9/10

A lovely grainy shot with nice use of sepia. The overexposure in it really brings out and sharpens the lines.

The desaturation on this shot was a great idea. And the contrast of the straight lines of the fance with the curved lines of the hat(?) and trees in the background is a nice touch. It never said anywhere in the challenge that the lines had to be straight ones!

I like this interpretation. For me the first thought in my mind when I saw the topic "Lines" was "Straight Lines", and looking at the bulk of the entries it seems I wasn't the only one. This is a nice shot and the harsh contrast between the land and clouds definitely makes for a striking line.

I really like the sharpness and clarity in this shot. The way it's framed leaving out the hair and even the rest of the hand is nice too - forces the viewer to focus on the features. This shot deserves to do well.
