A Pure Scentby librodoComment: Okay, I must admit that I've been of the feeling flower pictures in this challenge were a little too 'easy' -- which is to say, not all that original. But this is just stunning. I even don't mind the border; it gives it a very post-cardy feel, and I'm a big fan of commercial art when it's done well, so that's a plus. Also, I'm really impressed you managed to find what appears to be a completely perfect white rose. Very nice. |

Incenseby LindaEComment: Whoa. Now I feel dizzy.
Interesting angle, and nice use of colour. |

Fragranced by sahkoComment: Wow, nice shot. Okay, a little gratuitous on the cleavage there maybe (I mean, your lighting could have been a little further up) but I can live with that. Very much looks like commercial art, even if I suspect commercial art would tend to focus a bit more on the bottle than the model. Although you never know. I really like the lighting overall, despite the cleavage comment. |

Winter Fresh Peppermintby pcodyComment: Crisp, clean peppermint. Mmm. Candy canes.
I never really think of candy canes as being particularly odorific, but I suppose, really, they are -- at least once unwrapped. I like the way you have them in the (say, is that real snow? I miss snow...) snow. |

The Scent of a Womanby TerryGeeComment: A little too much hand in the picture, it really draws the attention away from the applicator (and, thus, the 'scent'). |

Hint of a Scentby NeuferlandComment: Mmm. Potpourri.
Why a comb? That seems odd somehow. It goes well with the layout in terms of colour, but in terms of "Why is there a comb in this picture?" I'm a little confused. |

Garlicby HavokComment: Mmm. Garlic.
Although I like the shot as is, for the sake of the topic, I might suggest a cut clove would have conveyed a more intense 'scent' feel. Certainly even uncut cloves have a scent, though, and it's a very appetizing layout you have as is. |
