Good on you for a different approach. We normally like to see eye's sharp. The title is naturally apt for the image and the OOF here is just at the right level. Colours are striking. Perhaps the only distraction for me is the highlights around the tear duct area.

The structure intruding on the top left is unfortunate. Sepia works quite nicely with the brick chimney.

Nice image. Can't decide whether I prefer it rotated 180º or not. Think bringing the exposure down ever so slightly would accentuate the greys and blues of the steel work, the repeating yellows of the bulbs and bring out some of the detail in the wall that is getting a bit lost.
