I don't have any editing software of any kind.. Which is why I have to get to know my camera real well. The most I can do are adjustments inside my camera, and I did saturate both the shots.

They were taken at different times of the day, the first being later and cloudier than the second.

I recall taking the second shot in a bit more of a hurry.. Because there were horseflies all over me. x__o

But now I know the good and bad of both of the shots. I know what to do differently in future shots like this.

I don't really know why I sat in the road.
See.. The shot in the first place wasn't really planned. I have a habit of setting daisies on my great grandmother's gravemarker daily.. Even though I didn't even know the woman all that well. o_o

I had the flowers and I was like.. "I want a picture of these." so I set them on the path and started getting ideas.

I probably should have thought it out more..

I didn't really think about a location.. I sort of sat down right where I was.. xDD

PS: What's wrong with my flannel shirt? It's sweet..

Or maybe that's the reason I couldn't get anyone to go to the spring dance with me. =x

Turtles are pretty defenseless when you think about it. All they have for protection is their shell, and it isn't as protective as it seems. It breaks easily. I can't stand it when people pick on vulnerable animals.

Did you know that hard water is better for you than soft water? But it's better to shower in soft water. That nasty iron tasting hard water is the healthiest water you can drink. It's rich in minerals.

Anywho..
I personally would like it better if the head was in focus too, but it fits the challenge better the way that it is. So I guess I can't say much. I'm not voting, just commenting select photographs. I think this is very nice.
