Beachy Headby robsmithComment: Chris: I can answer that one for Rob. Those cliffs are constantly collapsing - build the lighthouse on top of the cliff and eventually it will fall. Much safer to build it in the water ;) |

Serenityby mbardeenComment: Andrew,
I spend about a week every year there. The location is very photogenic and the sunsets are just amazing.. I always come back refreshed and recharged - if a not a little sad.
Thanks for your comment! |

Pretty in Pinkby kevinswopeComment: Excellent. apart from missing the neck... Just a little bit more on the top, so I could see the curve of the neck would have given this shot a 10. Still a 9 :) |

Lurkingby soupComment: Wow. Cat shots don't normally do it for me, but this is very good. Tons of mood and good light. Maybe a tad bit brighter would work better? For a NG article - I'm not so sure, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. 9. |

Dock in the Bay by mbardeenComment: Thanks everyone!
This is a nice suprise! I thought for sure it wouldn't ribbon, there were so many good shots in this challenge.
Well, thanks go out to all who made this possible - my grandparents for having the forsight to move to an extremely photogenic location, mother nature for coming up with a most incredible sunset, my parents for giving me a wide angle converter for Christmas, and, of course, the voters! Yay! Go Voters! |

Purple Rainby TerryGeeComment: This is probably my favorite shot of the challenge. I love the colours - the yellow against the indigo works really well and the water droplets are an awesome detail. 9 |

"Electric Rose"by ladpupmoeComment: I really love the composition of this shot.. The muted colours combined with the red works very well, and the shadows add that extra zest. Good job! 8 |

Taking In Grandby xhossComment: I like these types of photo.. and I really like this one for one reason, the lady standing still looking at the camera. That is a really nice touch, though I think I would have made her more prominent, either with a different crop or with some photoshop trickery.
Good job anyway, 8. |
