it's a very nice photo, but i personally don't think it met the challenge at all.

it almost looks like the woman is on her death bed and all the beads are some ritual that culture does to "release the soul" or something like that.

this is a nice photo, but what is odd about it? nothing I can honestly see.
If you were going for the whole "there is one model and one book, so it's odd" thing. Well it doesn't work. You can only do that if your model somehow tells the audience that she's alone, that she's the odd one out sort of thing, and same idea with the book.

Again I think it's a great image, just not for this challenge

I like it! but i Would have liked it more if his head what more straight up and down.. it would subtly add a touch of masculinity in it and would give it an overall nicer feel

different folks, when i look at images I want to understand whats going on first without having to read the title. Have the image speak for itself
