Gray day by DjabordjaborComment: Totally stunning photo. Is this in Iceland? I was there last year and think I remember that scene. Really good image, and I love the tones. 10/10 |

No, it's just the way the land rolls in the park. I was walking up towards this road when I saw them passing by. Just behind them is a turn where they came from, so from my vantage point I wouldn't have been really able to capture a large group head on. |

Quackby paulwComment: I was blessed that day. I was allowed to get within about 2 feet of this little guy. He was the most curious of the whole bunch. He came right up to me before his parents honked at him. They kept a very close eye on me, but didn't consider me a threat.
He was so cute. |

Newgrangeby paulwComment: Originally posted by Nikonian Ninja: wow, that's old. how many shots for this panorama? |
This is actually just a single shot. I think the people give a bit of scale to the building. There's plenty of history here in Ireland. This building is one of three such tombs in that area, all from around the same time. It's believed that this was the last built, so the others would be around 3300 BC or so. This makes them older than Stonehange in England, and older than the pyramids in Egypt. |

Beautiful image and images. |
