Brussel's "Grand Place" 2 AM Mondayby rhipsterComment: This is my top pick of this challenge, I love how you have captured a beautiful setting with bustling nightlife. I think there are a few too many lens flares, or what appears to be flares, but beyond that exceptional. The longer exposure really works too it really makes the whoe pic come to life. 9. |

Why God...why now?by K-RobComment: Really cool shot and yes it makes my wonder about the story behind the image, not many do. I keep debating whether I like the photo as oof as it is, I understand why it was done like this, but yet I yearn to see the picture clearer. Good job on the lighting reflection in the bible I have a hard time on shiny surface like that. 7. |

Baby Brotherby greenem2Comment: This is a nice portait, the soft focus works well with this shot as does the depth of field, my only suggestion would be to have all of the subject in focus, the central part of the tshirt is out of focus. 9. |

Country cowsby kebbieComment: THis is a very nice shot and you used the rule of thirds well. the flowers in the foreground really detracted me from the main subject the cows. The flowers are beautiful and vibrantly colored it is only after stare a while do you fully comprehend this shot. |

Amusing Jugglerby jillzComment: I love this capture! The subject seems to really be enjoying himself and the sepia tones add a lot. 8 |

Fireman At workby draney4Comment: This is a really an awesome shot. You totally get a feel of the fireman at work, hot and soaking wet. It is almost too bright in the upperleft corner, is that the water spray with fire illuminating it? 9 |

No Cars Allowedby GeneralEComment: Good placement of the sign and also good focus. The lighting is good, looks to be a hazy day, I can kinda make out some hills or something to the left. Not a super interesting shot, but well taken.7. |

Pass on the Chili Dip (pun)by BullwinkleComment: Funny, look slike my back yard (sighs). I think you cropped the sign a bit too much on the left, though I do enjoy the angle. Black and white for this shot was a very good choice, there is not much color in this shot anyways, and it really helps the contrast with the white snow. The lighting is OK, and the white of the snow is not too bright :) 7. |

The city no one calls homeby mariomelComment: This is just really funny, great idea and perspective with the city behind the sign, the title helps also. The focus is good on the city, nice and crisp, but due to poor lighting/shadow on the sign it seems to be a bit grainy. The sign placement os good, grabs your attention yet allows for the view of the city, which is important on this shot. The horizon is also nicely placed on the lower third. The colors are nice, not eye catchingly brillant, but nice for a cityscape. 7. |
