Well, the only way to go from here is up! I was attempting to illustrate the saying, "Wash on Monday, iron on Tuesday" & so on, ending on "Rest on Sunday." You know, the chaotic yet mundane chores of every day living. I should have put the camera away & washed those clothes!
Maybe some day it will be used in another Brown Ribbon do over. I got a lot of very constructive criticism & appreciate the kindness in the way they were made. BTW, this was the 1st time I used the Unsharp & Resharpen editing tools, just look at the stunning color in those blue jeans!

Great contrasting colors, & good example of "concrete thinking". However, the paper on paper make the image look flat. The scissors do add some depth, & you have folded some of the figures over to give some depth.

The kids opened them first! I just came to investigate. I swear!

Yeah, that's what they all say.... What a sweet little critter; is it a ferrett? However,the bright colors detract from the critter. Also, it would be more effective of there were less torn up paper/boxes, & make the destruction more graphic.contents damaged, etc. Sweet face & good focus.

This is so right on with the theme of misunderstanding! Someone who has/needs a green card would have a diffult time understanding English. But what a cute joke; every green card owner should be given that car for documentation!

This reminds me of the movie, "Honey, I blew up the kids." Such a universal experience for the age. The whispy hair, the bright red cheeks,& the hint of drooling bring it all home. And, of course, those gorgeous brown eyes! I do think the picture could be improved if the top of her/his head was in the shot.
