even though this shot only consists of words on paper, it's moving. to me it has that double-meaning of both the actual scripture being comforting and having the entire Bible itself as a source of comfort as well. and good job with sharpening the "comfort" line and blurring out the other scriptures, but just enough where you can read them too :)

i like the idea you express here. i think everyone has a favorite lived-in pair of something they can relate to! techical-wise: i like the lighitng b/c it makes me envision it as if it was hanging in a closet by a window. well done here :)

your subject reminds me of my grandmothers' smiles, and indeed there is something about all of them that comforts us. very personal shot, i like it. from a technical standpoint, overall good. The lighting is nice and subtle, yet i wish her left side weren't so dark...

very fitting subject, i love chocolate myself. however, in terms of lighting, the ones to the back reflected a lot more light that the one to the front, making them look a little too bright. i know, the wrappers don't help, lol.
