I think this is actually a realllly good shot, except for one thing... it should be black and white. The composition is everything here and the colours are mild mannered and don't do that much, i hope you don't mind but;

Such quality to these new shots in Tanzania.
The black and white gives a great documentary feel.

HDR, just slightly too much. It should be so you can't tell it's been used, and i can just tell.
Having said that, i usually hate any HDR shot, but i don't hate this. Could be better, but still stunning, i mean look at it!

Very accomplished shot.
Has a definately style i've seen used by Librodo.
I'm not keen on the strong unbalance of light on his face, which at first looks like sloppy dodging, but i'm not sure if that's the case.
