I find the ghost is too confused. I think it would be really a good shot without the ghost effect and with a "solid" person.

Assuming it can be considered a portrait, I do not really appreciate the crop that makes quite unclear which the subject is.
If the main subject is the horse all the other details are quite distracting. On the other side if the subjects are intended to be the person or the entire coach than the crop is too tight on the left making them appear as secondary elements.

I do not really like the lighting you used. The frontal light make it so flat and the reflections on the glasses are quite unpleasant.

I generally do not love partial desaturation. For some reason I do not find it unpleasant here, but I do not really enjoy this (interesting) shot as a portrait mainly due to the lack of details on the main subject face.
