Thank God It's Friday???by outafocusComment: Hahaha, great idea! I like the story the photo tells. It seems like the flash properly exposed the paper, and underexposed the man. Frontal flash, especially the built in ones tend to do that to shots. Id try retaking this shot, and playing with the lighting a little. (if you dont have any external flashes, go with a cheap worklight or office light reflected off a white board to fill his face, and you will be amazed at the difference) |

Relax...by ingridblueComment: I wouldn't recommend cropping a photo of a person in a spot like this. I once read an article (may have been a tutorial on DPC), that said cropping a human model at any joint such as wrists, knees and in this case neck, causes a subconscious thought of dismemberment, and truncates the flow of an image. Hope that doesnt sound too harsh, but I hope it helps :) |

luna parkby boysetsfireComment: I wish you could have gotten a couple meters/feet higher for this one. It looks like the photo would have had an interesting flow if it wasnt cut off by that gray roof at the bottom. |
