A great shot, but not enough 'wow' factor. I think this would have looked better in B&W.

Just me but I wouldn't have made this sepia - the greenery would have looked much nicer!

It took me a while to realize that it was a guy that was sitting on the ground - I first thought he was sitting on a wheelchair! I found it a bit underexposed for my liking - maybe a curves adjust?

Looking up - it's a building. Yes, they are parallel lines.

Absolutely amazing shot! Not that there is much that you could do about it, but its a pity that you have a whopping big shadow over the bottom half!

Very nice! I like the reflections. I find the stick in the water a bit distracting though.

Thanks everyone for the great feedback - it was very frustrating trying to get the lighting right for this without the right equipment. I know the harsh highlights is what bought the score down. I tried using my little video studio light, flash and a 60 watt globe as a fill light, but in the end just used the 60 watt globe! Plus the dilema with the chocolate - I now know the difference between eating chocolate and cooking chocolate!! Eating chocolate doesn't melt!!

By the way the model happens to be my beautiful wife who was more than happy to pose for this shot. For those who wanted to know, unfortunately by the end (it was 1:30am) we were both so tired she just jumped in the shower and I packed up. Bit of a rip I know! :P

I really like the photograph, although personally I would have chosen a different font / color than what you have. It doesn't blend with the photo. I would have used a white typeface - the font I don't mind. Although this is a very subjective area and others may think it fantastic! Just my 2c worth :P

I really like this portrait - the lighting is absolutely beautiful, along with the subject! Have you used a fill flash at all? I'd be interested to know.

Very well done! The cup looks fantastic - I would have liked to see the top part looking a touch more creative than it is - ie some chocolate swirls, some cream - etc. Otherwise great shot!
