As for the shot itself, I do wish there was a little bit more in the lower left, to have his paws completely in frame, with a tiny bit of border.

| 01/01/2006 10:08:10 AM | Yikes! by peeteComment: Very interesting. I think I understand part of how you accomplished this, but certainly not all...
I'll note, though, that (and perhaps this is just my technically-oriented mind at work, but) I didn't immediately see this as what I'm guessing it's intended to look like -- a bottle flying through space. Still, it's interesting, and technically very nice. 8 from me. | Photographer found comment helpful. |
| 01/01/2006 10:02:04 AM | On thin Ice ... ooopsby ShutterPugComment: This is a miniature, right? Unfortunately, it feels like it -- actually, I had a bit of trouble figuring out what I was looking at at first, thinking it was some sort of strange box or case, maybe a couple feet long or so, then I figured out the vehicle-nature of it, but it went smaller rather than larger for me... Still, it's a nice shot, and the trees in the background (also fake, or just tight aperture on a close-up?) do help me understand the scale intention, if not feeling it directly. 7 from me. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

| 01/01/2006 09:55:20 AM | Angel Flew Too Close To The Ground by ColeyComment: I like this shot -- it has a certain je ne sais quoi that really captures my attention. That said, it would elevate to "I _really_ like this shot", I think, if either the left side (i.e. the tree and about 1/3 of the space between the tree and the person) were cropped off, or, perhaps if she moved back about a step -- to about where that gap in the snow seems to be. I'm giving it an 8, but it could easily be at least a 9, and possibly a 10, for me. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

| 12/30/2005 12:28:59 AM | Simple Harmonic Motionby ralphComment: Is this something mundane, like a computer screen saver, or something more interesting? Here's hoping for more interesting... Anyway, it's a neat image. :-) |
