Tensiesby denileighComment: This image doesn't work for me; the motion panning is lost on my eyes, and I would have liked to have seen it with more contrast. As for what's here, it evoked a feeling of a foggy wartime beach scene in my mind, even once I realized they were jacks, and the composition is nice, even if the image is not technically very strong. |

Dance trioby natalka9Comment: There was something about this image that I liked, but I can't really put my finger on it; maybe the contrast of the pretty sharp right wall with the blurred dancers and the play of the light. Even so, I can't really identify the motion panning aspect; the primary subjects are all blurred, and my eye always seemed to be looking for something else. |

She walks all over me......by KalisaLeskoComment: The motion panning is lost on me here, but it's still a nice image. I can see the attempt to get motion blur, but having the dad's face in sharp focus (leaving the motion blur to the feet), with perhaps a bit more contrast in the whole image, would have improved it for me a bit. |

Bike Trickby FastexposureComment: Interesting image, but it either looks like long or multiple exposures, not motion panning (the backround is light, but not exactly blurred). As an image (challenge aside), I like the color of the bicycle, but that seems to be the main focus. I can't find anything else to really focus on or that draws my eye; if something in the image had been the clear subject, it would have been easier for me to take, I think. |

motion..by SimmoniqqComment: This image does not do much for me, and I don't see the motion panning aspect. The light creates a haze in front of the model, but with the expression on her face and the composition of the image, I don't feel movement at all. |

High Velocityby soupComment: I wasn't sure what to think of this; I like it, but I didn't get a feeling of motion from it. While the subject is in sharp focus and I know what it is, and likely that it was moving very, very fast (and am intrigued with how you captured it), I still don't buy it as a motion panning shot (stop action, maybe), but without a distinct background, the motion panning aspect is lost on me. |

Wild rideby LevTComment: I like this image (I like photos taken from vehicles; it's where we spend a lot of our lives, and if someone can show me something different from that perspective, I'm all for it). Still, I don't really buy it as a motion panning shot, and I'm trying to be pretty technical on that to keep things even across the shots here. In terms of what's here, I feel a bit off-balance when I look at it. Maybe that was the point, but rotating just a bit counter-clockwise -- but not too much ;) -- might have left me a bit more at ease with it. |

What's on my left?by CyMaNComment: Not a title from the list of songs for the challenge; not sure what you were going for here. |

Where’d You Goby doveyComment: Didn't know where to go with this one; neither the subject matter nor the execution did much for me. Having just one hand of the back doll in focus, along with the extras (what's near the doll's right leg - left as we look at him, for example), just didn't work for me. |

Sexy ladyby whiterookComment: This image was too small for me to seriously judge; I liked the use of the non-traditional model, but the image itself, with the model centered, the very busy background, and the bits that are out of focus, didn't help. |
