Driving Rainby obsidianComment: Good idea and take on the challenge. It probably lacks enough "wow" factor to crack the top 20 but it's a good piece of work. |

Raindrop crown on garden pondby scotthadlComment: That's pretty cool really. I originally thought it too underexposed but I tend to think that it's more the on-cameraa flash that's flattening it rather than the exposure |

After the rain, comes freedomby erainmanComment: This imaghe has some really good light values and elements. There's a lot in this picture, much of it in conflict. Collectively they actually deduct from parts of it that are really powerful. The rain has stopped. The "freedom" is presumably the bird (which is out of focus). The sculpture is stunning but the background jetty and buildings take away its shape. The people , the flagstones and their relationship to the iron sculpture are really strong but become lost in the rest iof it. I'd love to see this as a study from an angle that loses the background dtructures |

No Flying in the Rainby Ne0nComment: Great capture! That one wouldn't have been easy. Composing (if you had the time) with the fly on the left vertical thrids line would have given an even greater feeling of little fly on big empty space and added even more to the impact. Good work. |

Rain Dropby Physics_GuruComment: Like the composition a lot. It's a shame it didn't come out as sharp as you'd hoped. Do you know about having to sharpen after you reduce it to 640x |

Sunny side downby jjbeguinComment: Powerful hi contrast image which accentuates the bleakness of a rainy day. Nice work |

SUDESTADAby anaperaltaComment: Great composition, good sharpness and fine tones of light on the skin ... all while keeping detail in the sky. Very good. I usually mark nudity harshly, not this time |

wet leavesby chimaeraComment: Even though the rain has been there, I don't see it in the image and so feel Im missing that in this pic and can't mark it as high as I would in a different challenge. |
