Great subject but it leaves you on the outside of the picture. I think it would have had more impact if you had gotten down on his level and taken it from a lower angle, would have put you into the image and made it from his perspective.

good photo but I wonder if the color depth could have been a little deeper - everything looks bland to me. would it be possible to bump them up a little bit to give it a bit more punch? on the other hand, the neutral colors don't give any level of exictement and create a feeling of despair - not sure if that's what you were going for.

This looks like my backyard growing up... I really like the sky and think it makes the picture. Suggestion - clone out the branches in the lower right, they may be a bit distracting and a white blanket will move the focus more up. Good shot tho.

i like this shot - i think it might have had a little more impact if the images weren't quite so dark. i'm having a hard time seeing the seperation lines near the tops - then again, that could be my monitor.
