Washed Awayby stewadeComment: The tones, contrasts, and such in this shot are very interesting. I like it on an abstract asthetic level. But as for showing your subject, it is difficult to tell what is going on and what we're really seeing here. |

Standing tallby LouisonComment: With a subject that is so frequently and prominently photographed, it's difficult to offer a particularly unique or compelling view of it. While I think this is a solid and well executed shot that isn't completely generic (due to the cloud backgroud and the soft focus), I also don't really find anything here that makes me feel like I haven't seen it a hundred times before. I'm sorry if that's not an especially constructive comment, but I wanted to at least provide my honest reaction to the shot. |

Canon vs. Nikon !by mgkarimiComment: With a cute girl like that shooting Nikon, who'd want to go Canon? Seriously though, a solid capture. I especially like the expression on her face. It's subtle, but interesting. I do somewhat wish that last bit of the lens weren't cut off at the right (although the camera being chopped at the top doesn't bug me at all). Nice work. |

New Hope Bridgeby graphicfunkComment: There's nothing here that really draws me in. The colors are somewhat interesting but rather subdued. The geometry has some potential but doesn't come through all that strongly. I think you needed to pick an element to concentrate on here and work on bringing that out, because as it is this shot doesn't really hold my interest. |

Going to the Chapelby crabappl3Comment: The background is excellent and the shot is well composed/lit etc. I'm not sure if your model has a lazy eye or if this photo just makes it look that way, but it is a bit distracting. |

Tamaraby PhilosComment: Her eyes are facinating, although I'm mixed about the lighting. |

Katby rubyrednailsComment: I'm guessing you wanted this to be soft focus, but it seems to just be blurry. Maybe reading up and experimenting a little more with soft focus could help out. |

Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboyby L1Comment: I'm not sure what post processing you did here (perhaps a smart-blur?), but I think that's what I don't like about the shot. His face seems to have had all of it's texture removed. I'm assuming you were going for a soft focus here, but I personally don't think the technique you used worked out well. |
