Analog to Digitalby magnetic9999Comment: This is a neat shot. And I'm not sure if this is a case of reflection or refraction - but I will score it as reflection :) Maybe it's both... It seems to really follow the rule of thirds! You did a good job with the cd - it's noticeably the main subject, but doesn't detract from the item behind it... *Addition* This is definitely a case of reflection, and a great reflection at that! Great extended DOF, everything seems to be in great focus. The microphone at the top, is great filler... it covers up right where the guitar would go, causing a neat illusion. - 9 - JB |

The Pastby daysezComment: One of the brave to attempt a "reflection" of a different sort! :) I can't say that I am a huge fan of the subject that you chose... I feel like it's a play on our emotions (sorry) :( Technically, I think the photo could have been executed in a more effective manner. It just doesn't capture me... Meets the challenege? 3 out of 5 - Technically, etc.? 2 of 5 - Total = 5 - JB |

Ghostlightby ninaullerComment: This is a beautiful shot. You've captured the reflection of the chandelier in a lovely way. It seems to be just a hair off of center to the left, maybe could crop it a little tighter on the right to fix? Nonetheless, a gorgeous shot... - 9 - JB |

Reflections of a Starby ABatsEyeViewComment: Wow... I had to think about this one for a second! :) Awesome creativity. The moon appears to be a hair off of center though, to the left? -7 JB |

Bands of Goldby JakComment: Neat shot. These colors work very well together, and bring what is typically just flat pieces of glass, to life. The bottom "line" is somewhat distracting... and almost like it's tilted a bit? Maybe it's just the angle of shooting... hard to say. It doesn't detract from the photo in my opinion... - 8 - JB |

kaleidoscopicby KAOSComment: Is this truly made with a kaleidoscope? I'll assume that mirrors weren't used, for scoring purposes... I was trying this same idea with different objects, but couldn't get it to work as well as you did. I think you did a great job of capturing reflections, albeit an abstract. Nice colors... might be just a hair soft though? I would like to see an image like this crystal clear. Overall - 6 - JB |

The 3 Amigosby RichiComment: Nice shot. Interesting use of colors, that work very well together. Picture is well composed, cropped nicely, reflected nicely, just not a whole lot of impact to me? Overall - 7 - JB |

Old Technology Meets Newby gandersComment: I think I see a slight reflection in the lens of a person? I understand the concept of the photo, but think that it could have been executed a bit better... perhaps just a more "clear" reflection on the lense could help dramatically. Just a minor pet peeve as well, is the Sigma lens cap. It's quite soft on the focus and makes it difficult to read the text. Overall, meets the challenge. Creative shot, but could have been executed a bit better... - 5 - JB |

Reflection Of Timeby togtogComment: I don't understand how this meets the challenge - unless the whole clock is a reflection, which it doesn't seem to be? Technically, it seems to be soft on focus, which I think detracts from the photo. The large shadow at the to p1/3 to 1/2 is distracting as well.... I have to mark this down, as I don't see that it fits the challenge... :( - 3 - JB |
