I think the light squiggle is a little too much and it detracts from the photo, though it does add interest. I think it might have been better if you only had the portion of the squiggle that's in the vase and not continued above it. I don't know how much control you had over that though. Still, an interesting photograph and good lighting and exposure.

I like how you cropped/framed this photo. somehow it's more original and meaningful to me to have the hand and the book as the only really recognizable forms in the composition, with everything else left rather abstract. Good lighting too.

I like the idea, and I really like the light refraction circles, but the half-tone camera doesn't work for me. It's a little hard to figure out what it's supposed to be and all the dots are just a bit too busy/cluttered.
