I'm pretty sure this is a green wing Macaw. Scarlet macaw's have yellow on the wings as well.

I love the light on the water and the rocks at the bottom. I think it would have been a stronger image if you had cropped out the trees and sky at the top of the picture. Also, I think it needs to be rotated clockwise to vertical. Good luck. (oops, forgot this was a minimal editing challenge, so forget everything I said.)
