The only thing I would like to see done differently is the lighting. you might try lighting from the side to bring out the texture and make some nice dreamatic shadows. also, maybe find a more appealing shell? I dunno. |

Environmentally Friendly???by syamjonimiComment: It's a nice texture, but it could stand to be a little more in focus. also, a little color diversity couldn't hurt. the image also needs a center of interest. I'm not really bothered by the fact that I can't tell what it is, though. sometimes that's nice. |

dognoseby foot stepsComment: i really do love the texture of dogs' noses. black and white works very nicely for this shot. I might try a different composition, though. maybe try to highlight the interesting contours of the dog's nose, because you don't really need teh carpet in there. |

Turtle's headby prkembyComment: an interesting texture. the two things you might consider improving are the composition and the lighting. try getting closer to the turtle's eye and filling about a quarter of the frame with it. also, avoid using direct flash, if you can, because it tends to wash out the colors and the detail. |

Angel's Wardrobeby albright1Comment: I really like the textures in the shot. the colors are also nice. you might be able to bring out the texture of the feather more, though, by lighting the shot differently. experiment. it would make a drastic difference. |
