this I like. terriffic lighting, great colors, great composition. the only thing I would try to fix is the glare off the stock. other than that, excellent photo!

I really like this subject. it has great colors, and the writing on the door enhances the feeling of age. you might try composing it differently, or experimenting with a different angle. other than that, I would just wait till the lighting was better to get rid of the glare off of the hood and roof (though I know it's not always possible to come back later).

great subject and great shot. lighting and colors are great. I love being able to see the tarnish on the blade and the grime on the handle. the only thing I would change is the amount of negative space. I would like to see a little more room around the handle, especially at the top. good job, though.

as the title implies, the shot really does have great shadows. the composition is good, but I would like it even better if you tilted the camera to place the upper spiral in the upper right corner. also, a greater dof would be nice to get everything in focus. and one more thing... it looks like you boosted the contrast a little too much. but it really is a nice shot.

this is an awesome picture. I love how the sun is coming through the window of the house. that really makes the picture stand out from all the other silhouetted shots out there. great job with the lighting.
