The lucky 7by DmaskezeComment: Too bad you couldn't get a different angle on this, because the background almost hides the birds. It took a couple of seconds before I could see them. Or maybe a more shallow DOF would have blurred the background some, and the birds would have been more prominent. |

Lucky Seven - a roundabout way of thinking!by sbeaumontComment: Striking photo! But wow, it would have had an even greater impact without the "Lucky Seven" in the title. Just "A roundabout way of thinking!" would have been perfect. For me anyway. We know the challenge was called lucky seven. Unless that has some relevence to the photo, which I don't see. But the photo itself is outstanding. Too bad there's that little patch of clothing, or fingers, between the two bottom heads. Again, unless you meant for it to be there, but somehow I doubt it. And I know you couldn't remove it because it is an open challenge. |

Ants´s lucky dayby AlipioComment: Very nice, but you should have told that one ant to straighten himself out a little. :) Like the composition. I like how there is a definitive edge to the goo (honey?), and that it's not jagged. Not that it would be jagged, but i like that it's not. |

Seven Books of Wisdomby ccaseyComment: Not to be negative about your photo, because it's a good photo, and it's not even a negative comment, but why do eyeglasses always make into a photo like this? I did it myself in another challenge. Every photo with books on a desk or table has to include eyeglasses. Again I'm not being negative, just wondering aloud. Nice idea and composition. But like I'm starting to tell others, there's no need to include "seven" in the title. In this case, "Books of Wisdom" would have more impact. We know it's seven. There's also some kind of weird blur going on with the words, especially with the "A" in Gandhi. At least on my screen. |

Sections of a Lift Bridgeby GatorguyComment: Very nice, subtle seven. Not in your face seven. And I'm glad you didn't put "seven" in the title. Might as well give you a seven. |

7 for menby PascalComment: I like the photo. You never think of cologne bottles in the outdoors like that. This would make a good ad for cologne. The desaturation works too, but I think the bottles could have used a little more focus. Unless that's what you were going for. And you probably could have left out the "7" from the title. |

7 Polesby biggood53Comment: Nice photo, but the ships seem more like the subject to me than the poles. But there are 7 of them. |

Fingers Crossed- Good Luck!by scalvertComment: When I was a kid I was forbidden to play with the seven fingered kids. Now I'm all emotionally screwed up. Can I be your friend? 8 |
