My cam, my PC and Iby Robert-LComment: Good idea, shame the PC is out of focus, due to the wide appature I guess? The backlighting of the PC was a good idea to add interest to what could have been a mundane shot. However the light is poking above the PC which I find distracting. Good effort though. |

I am tall and I'm thin and of enviable heightby biggisComment: A very difficult exposure because of the high contrast but for me the foreground is just that too dark which detracts from the shot in my opinion. That said its a beutiful location, well framed, the sky has interest, though not a lot. Very nice image. |

Multifacetedby StingersSwarmComment: I like it, even though I don't know what it is, which is a bit annoying I feel that if it was that bit more in focus I could tell what it is. Maybe that's intentional, in which case well done. It forces you to look at it and study the elements to come up with an answer. The colours are great and the shadow gives depth. Well done. |

My Journeyby kaiser_chiefComment: Good idea of how to get it all in. Not sure I'd want a camera or computer of mind in the sand! I might have cropped a bit more of the sky out by having a slightly higher viewpoint? very good effort though. |

Just a Little Twistedby GIS_boyComment: Excellent. Fills the frame with interest, lighting is jus about spot on, not too dark, not too light. You can see the buildings internal lights and the swirling architecture leads you in, as if you need it! Technically brilliant artistically very good. |

Daddy's Weekendsby dahlinComment: Good interpretation. The image seems a bit 'flat'. I know the elements themselves are flat but maybe its the lighting? Did you use direct flash? If so it may have been better with bounce flash or natural light if that's possible? The white area at the top of the frame detracts in my opinion. Good effort. |

Adrift in Hard Timesby ambakerComment: I like this image a lot. Its almost mono apart from the little bit of colour , what appears to be dark blue inside the boat. I guess the bankside must be very close to the bottom of the frame? I little more clear water at the bottom of the shot would have made the framing better. The snow gives a 'gritty' hard edge to the shot which accentuates the harshness of the weather conditions. Good shot and interpretation. |

Luthierby JdroullardComment: Very simple clean shot, well lit as you would expect as you have control of the environment. Perhaps the string coiled down by the side of the instrument would have reinforced the idea a little more? Nice shot. |

Shipwreckedby ScholtenComment: Bright, colourful, interesting subject. I would have cropped more off the left side though. Maybe not possible? The shadow bottom left detracts slightly. Nice shot though. |
