Thank you , Yes, it is free hand painted in Corel Painter. I am taking an online class taught by Don Seegmiller and learning some new things. He is my fav artist.
I have since added star dust to the light which makes it kinda cool :)

I actually entered this knowing it was a 'bad' image, I was curious what it would score and so many of my 'good' images score so low that it was just a personal 'test' . There is actually no lens flare in this image, but I do agree that it is blown out, the expresssion is 'blah' and just overall a poor quality shot.Thanks 4 the comments.
