shayleeby etherealangelComment: My two cents is that I would have probably cropped this a little tighter around her face and left the background leg to the left out. She's a sweet looking little girl...good subject choice. -KrazyKat |

chasing its tailby owennnnComment: I can't tell what the speckles are...is it pixilazation? Also, your pencil seems to be lost in the depths of the background... |

Hanaby muckpondComment: What a beautiful shot! The lighting is just perfect and I think that b&w was a good choice. The contrast is great too. Good job! :) -KrazyKat |

threeby FranziskaLangComment: Wow...excellent focusing! The only thing is that it looks like there is a little bit of a reflection off of the point of the center pencil which is a bit distracting. Maybe play around with the order of the pencils as well..the yellow being in front along with the yellow background perhaps is not as visually stimulating as the red one being shown more for some contrast. Good job and good luck in the contest! KrazyKat |

17 across.... BEACHby karen_vComment: Good composition and original idea. I think that the shallow DOF works well bringing the eye down to the subject. This picture also just has a great "feel" to me...I can't explain it, I just like it. Good job! - 8 Kat |

Pencil in a meetingby jsabbartonComment: Cute idea! The cropping is a little off, though. The dark table behind the white paper is a little distracting. You might want to play around with that a bit. Good luck in the contest! KrazyKat |

Creativity Toolby stephanComment: I'm not sure how you did this...but if you got around the "rules" maybe you should give a tutorial! :) |
