Nice and sharp, you can see the eyes and read all the detail on the bike, the wheels are blurred and the backround too. Nicely done.

The glares in the water probably could have been a little better with the help of a circular polarizing filter. The whole image is somewhat bland, the water is a drepressing color and the mallard's details are hard to make out. If it wasn't a motion blur challenge I would have guessed it was just a mistake in settings. However, animals are hard subjects to capture well in motion and I'm sure with some practice things will turn out better and better.

The subject is not terribly interesting, and I can't find any motion blur whatsoever.

A little too blurred for this type of image. Would have loved to see it from the other angle with the child facing the camera. The ball looks very cool in this shot though!

I really like this abstract feeling, the blur really adds to the normally dull flower scene.

Definately see the motion blur here, however it's a subject that's often done. The backround and processing for this photos are very unique. Super amounts of contrast between the ground and the sky. Perhaps a little too much processing in my eyes, this is starting to get into digital art rather that what I would recognize as a photograph.

Interesting scene here. I do not however get the feeling of a jump going on in the shot. The motion blur doesn't appear very visible to me, and plays a minor role. I really like the colors but I think that maybe something is lacking in the composition of this photo.

A nice shot here. The movement is subtle but I would say not too little. The face is nice and clear which is exactly what one should strive for. I really like the setting here as well.

It looks like the exposure here was pretty good, but I'd like to see more contrast, and maybe more saturation. The sky while obviouly having a hint of blue is somewhat grey, is this because of the exposure or post processing maybe? If you would have somehow managed to get somebody to scare them towards you I think the shot would have benifited from that.

I would have liked to see the pupils dialated a little less, not all the way as you're trying to put the subject in a dark place, but these eyes almost all black and your title is about blue. I would also suggest doing something else with the blue jeans, I feel it takes away from the impact of the eyes being in color as they have more area to consume than the small eyes. They don't necessarily have to be taken down to black and white but perhaps a more subdued color, maybe just a little less saturated, or perhaps that part converted to a brown or whatever you felt looks good.

I saw the comment below me and I agree, the thumb by itself takes away from the photo, however I think a whole hand would be fine.

Now as for the emotion you're trying to bring out, I wasn't sure if it was sadness, or pain, or scorn (yeah i dunno why i see that but I do) or something else. The colors point me towards one of the first two but I think it's not perfectly clear.
