Many thanks to everybody for their kind and helpful comments. It was surprising and exciting to see the score climbing from about 6.3 to nearly 7. Yes, there were both ups and downs on the way too.
The morning itself was actually quite cold, both literally and colour temperature wise. The latter could be adjusted during raw conversion and then Photographic warm-up filter in CS2. Added some contrast too. And that was it.
