	From A Simplier (not easier) Time by Drake Comment: Needs more contrast. I'm not sure hte fence in the forground is needed or does indeed add anything tho the picture. Perhaps if you choose another perspective this might work better.

	Calm In The Storm by MPRPRO Comment: An even longer shutter time would have made this better by giving the people more sense of moving. Also perhaps thinking about a perspectiv either frome above or from below. When you take a picture like this it helps to take many and experiment with exposure, shutter time and perspective.
