The most powerful and important image I've seen in a DPChallenge. You've done beautiful work. Best of luck. 10

The soft focus in this doesn't seem to add much - maybe a shallower DOF would have made it stand out a bit more. I also think the composition could have benefitted from using the rule of 3rds. The highlights are also a bit strong. 5

Phenominally fantastic portrait - however, it looks like you may have needed a tripod b/c it's blurry in parts like the nostrils. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

This image looks a bit dark and I almost wish it was shot from a differnt angle. It's a great idea to take a candid shot like this, but moving your camera in and allowing one person to be dominant would have been a bit more interesting. THe chair and couch armrest are a bit distracdting. 4

The DOF in this looks a bit processed. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but I think the blurry woman (especially the one in front) takes away from the strength oft the image. The woman in behind looks believably blurred, but the woman in the front does not. 6

It's a shame this shot is so blurry - it's a really nice composition and a break from the norm. I really like the clearning in the trees and the angle you shot it. Maybe try using a tripod and taking several images of the same thing, experimenting with focus. This works well as a monochromatic shot - but may have been even better in straight black and white, increasing contrast slightly in PhotoShop if you have it. 4
