The Ring and The Lillies

For me, I gave it 5. I like the colors but my eye bounced around between the ring, 2 out of focus flower parts (are those 'stamen'?), and the in focus petal in the lower right. Rather than pull me into the image (to explore finer details) this subject competition caused me to loose interest quickly and move on to the next image..

I like this shot- the light (I assume sun) adds much interest. Completely personal preference, but I think I would like it more if the kids were frame such that their heads were placed further to the upper right thus showing more of their shadow in the image and putting more of the negative space where the subjects are looking (opposed to behind them). Good shot.

Good shutter speed to match the river speed. I like water energy. I would have liked it more if it was a little brighter, its a bit dark for my personal taste.
