A Face in the Crowd by PixelstateComment: This has grown on me. I should have rated it higher in hindsight and had I got a chance to reappraise before voting ended I would have . Apologies. It's great subject isolation and B&W suits the image well. |

"So save your water woman I won't drink out of your stream" - Save Your Water, Mudcrutch by WezComment: Wow. Surprised this did so well.
Currently subject to validation but hopefully no issues. A branch running vertical about two thirds of the way across the image has been removed. Apart from that pretty minor adjustments. Since this is Extended editing I'm hoping I'm in the clear!
Thanks for all the great comments. I don't use my camera anywhere near enough and this has given me some more incentive to get out there with my camera. |

Crossing the Chasm by markwileyComment: Henri Cartier-Bresson would have been proud of that. Well done on a striking image. Message edited by author 2017-10-22 14:32:38. |

F-15e Strike Eagle at 500feetby WezComment: Thanks for all the kind comments. Got pretty excited as this went over 6.8 at one point but really pleased with a TT finish.
Just for info this was taken with a Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 and Nikon 1.7x TC. Stopped down slightly it gives great sharpness and the AF performance is still top notch as well. Not sure how fast this was travelling but it certainly wasn't hanging around. Shame there's no afterburner! |

Hit the road Jack.by RKTComment: Love this. I'm in two minds as to whether I think if it had been mine I would have cropped the chair out of the picture. Without it you'd be hard pushed to date the image. Nicely processed too. |

Delicate balanceby Ecce_SignumComment: Amazing and much better than the run of the mill water drops. My favourite image in this free challenge. Really must give these a try myself. Love to see a tutorial. |
