Masterby rickhd13Comment: I like your depth of foild, but I like my a darker black and white print. I like the crop very mush. One of the best in show. Good luck. 8 |

Stronger than Steelby GordonComment: An extremely nice capture and placed well agaist what I assume is a created background. If that is the case you did a great job of selecting to isolate your subject, and a great job of color selection. I am distracted by the gray stripe to the left of the bud. My is pulling left. But, your framing is tall and skinny to begin with, so for tighter cropping you would have had to take some off the bottom as well, and lost some of your yellows in the bud. But, thant-s what I would have done. Great post. 8 |

I yam what I yamby garrywhite2Comment: very creative, and a well executed studio shot. A really hope that your can is something that you bought in a novelty store, and not something that you digitally created. There will be another week of debates in the member forums. Good luck to you. 8 |

pull.....by nordicComment: What a great shot. I hope it does well. I like the blur of the jumprope, the expression the childs face, the crop (and I don't usually like tall skinny crops), the light, and the slin tones. Nice post. 8 |

Which one is heavier? by LenMComment: A ribbon winner in my book. Wonderful macro and great depth of field. Perfect choice for the challenge theme as well. 9 |

Colourful Windpower after the Rainby simbambaComment: stunning symetry and compositon. The light is just wonderful. I wonder if a contrast filter might have helped with more detail in the clouds? My choice for best of show. 10 |

The Final Pull by clickawayComment: Absolutely great. Brightness and contrast are dead. You've kept detail in almost all of your blacks, as well as in almost all of your whites. 9, and I am cheering for a ribbon for you! |

Strength In Numbersby ClericNismoComment: Framed well, and an interesting take on the theme. I'm confused by the light versus shadow. Very early morning? The light crosses the birds at a strange angle. 6 |

The Pen is Mightier than the Bladeby Toby-DogComment: So is this paper, scissors, rocks? jajaja I love your cocept, but as an international site, I'll be watching to see how this flies. Not enough of the text is visible for an outsider to understand what this text is. The void in the upper right is distracting. Nice shot! 7 |
