I like the color and composition here. It would have been even better without the reflection in the front window. Nice job. 6

Nice detail and lighting. This one would have worked well in the Textures challenge. ...Less so here, but still good.

Fabulous job, Eddy! It took me about 5 seconds to locate the white rubber band (near the top of the screen, right of center, eh?)

Nice work!

I don't really like the rock in the lower part of the picture. The realness, or emotive of her looking at me and making me as if I'm there also applies to that rock and I feel like I've just hit my head on it. But I am being picky here...

Just beautiful, a wonderful photo indeed :-)

Thanks, Tina, for the kind comments on this shot. It was a cold New Year's Day when I took this. I set up the camera with my long 300mm lens on a tripod to reduce shake (mostly my own shivering!)

The lioness seemed to be as interested in me as I was in her. I tried to *gently* persuade her to move from the rock to a more picturesque setting, but she was quite comfortable - and who was I to argue?!

BTW, hopefully you've received your new backdrop equipment by now. Please let me know how it works out.

Thanks again!

This is a tough one. Maybe a little fill flash would have helped to keep the flames from being so over-exposed - 4

Nice idea. ...And it is nice to sit by! I do believe, however, it would have been nore effective further back from the flames - 4

Very good work! It's surreal how the sun just sits there without really illuminating the landscape. - 7

A very fine shot! It's a tad oversharpened and maybe a little too much noise, but definitely a good capture - 6
