Very good concept of the picture!
The middle of the picture.. the floor is badly overexposured becouse the light reflects from that.. maybe if the light should come more form left or right then you don't have this problem.

The two cups form a perfect landscape...
There is symmetry but the picture is not symmetric.. don't be bothered that there is some switches at the top-left of the picture.. try to show more in the right side.. so that the cups are perfectly in the middle..

i think you had some trouble focusing your digicam in low light. am i right?
i like the idea and the negative space.
bottom left corner of the buiding - there is a very bad black contour of an another building i think. the contour is bad - makes the lihgted building kinda half.
