It wasn't patience I set the camera set shoot 3 frames per second. Waited for the start of the explosions and held the shutter until the buffer was full.

I pass though Seattle fairly regularly but haven't found as good a vantage point as this for a shot that says Seattle. Nice shot! I hope you post where what your vantage point was.

Your image is sized too small. It comes out about 1/4 the size of other immages in the challenge so you've hurt your photos chances.

This one threw me at first. I couldn't tell what it was. The lack of color makes the bears blend into the background and has a bit of a Bev Dolittle like effect. I love the fact that such a great immage threw me at first. I suspect it looks great in color too and would like to see a color version when the challenge is finished. A very creative! 10

I loved everything but the red eye. If the flash was off the camera by just bit you would have had a nice glint in the eye without the red eye.
