Old factory at sunriseby wmstarkComment: my suggestion would be to take out the foliage in the foreground - I'm assuming that your using it for dof, but the pic would be more "dramatic" imo without. Just a thought. the reflections are good and the fog is nice too - something tells me you took that way too early in the morning! |

C-5 Galaxyby thelselComment: that's really cool - nice to see a subject that most others can't see/get to. The trail in the sky is a nice bonus to the shot. Nice work. |

Rageby BeagleboyComment: Sweet! - hope this one medals. My suggestion is for Post Competition: Clone out the fire detector- maybe even the light fixture- to make the ceiling less busy. Just a thought. Really cool pic. Nice work. |

MEXICAN LONELINESSby euskadiComment: my reco would be to ask the subject for another facial expression...this one doesn't convey loneliness or solitude to me - she looks like she's about to smile. Having said that - and that's just my two cents - I can't read your notes on the pic, so maybe there is something to it that I don't know, so I won't factor that into my scoring. Technically it is a good picture. I enjoy the background alot, and the b/w aspect was a good choice for this category. |

Lonelinessby rollingstoneComment: great lighting and pose from your subject. My only suggestion would be to give more negative space to the left to lead the subject some. I think that centering the subject as it is takes away from some of the emotion that could be had. Just a thought. Nice work. |

lonely little flowerby RipiComment: Finally a flower shot that actually meets the challenge imo. Probably because it is "looking" down or the fact that it isn't a macro (thank god). The leaf on the right is a little distracting imo... |

Grado, Italyby paolobnrComment: I hope people don't nitpick on the "single subject or object" rule, because this shot is beautiful. Great composition within the frame, lines, and texture. The atmospheric element is subtle and goes with the sea and land very well. Great eye. Nice work. |
