Although I didn't mark it down for the motion blur, I feel as though you should have tried to conform to the challenge wording a little better. Good photo.

The blurring of the fan gives the impression of motion, but the challenged is "stopped motion."

I'd say that this motion isn't stopped at all. Try a faster shutter speed.

Unfortunately, this shot doesn't really stop the motion. Difficult to do in a low-light situation.
